it is an old card on her blog from 2007 i believe. as I was going back and checking out more of her blog and her cards. if you ever get a chance to go over and check her blog out do so as i think it is a wonderful site to check out cards.

Halloween Time

I made some halloween cards while i was at it. 3 of the images was sitting on my table just waiting to be made into cards as I had them stamped out. The ghost I just stamped out tonight. it is a new stamp set by CTMH. the other stamp imagesare from TAC. I also used a lime green paper ribbon on the one card. I used confetti ghosts and spiders also. On the 2 cuttlbug backgrounds which was given to me I used ancient page coal black to highlight the background images so one can see some of them and give them some depth.I also my colluzze(sp?) for the first time ever and it is something I just need to get use to as I never used something like this before. I thought something like this would take place of all those nesties and save some money in the long run for me. :)

Creativity is Back

Well it looks like i am getting back on the mend somewhat as I am back to making cards. Here it took me along time to get back to normal so i could do it. I have an inhaler also now that I take twice a day also. It has been along haul with asthma/bronchitis fighting it since no drs doesn't want to believe me. So Now onto the cards that I made for you. :) these cards are for fall. I used scraps to put them on as you can see the punches that was used. the stamps I used I cannot remember where they came from as i got them years ago and I forget where i got them from. I got the seasons so I loved that is why I got them. Inks is from ancient page.

No Creativity

Have you ever gone thru a period where you just cannot go and make any cards or scrap a layout?? That is me right now since I have been sick with asthma/bronchitis. I have been fighting this for along time and I have halloween images just sitting waiting to be done, BUT I do not feel like getting to them as I always have trouble breathing. Thursday on Oct. 10 I was rushed into the hospital again as i could not breathe and i just got done taking a breathing treatment. Well, I got to Saint Joe's Hospital and I had to fight to get my lungs opened up and I have had to fight to get my lungs opened since this started back up in my 30's. I was born with it but it went away at 8 years old. go figure right. wierd for me. My high-triglycerides are high still so i have to stay on my Lipitor, I have to get my sugar checked again next month. fasting one also. Plus to boot I have to go to a kidney doctor as my family doctor didn't like how the results was about my kidneys. with all the water i drink how that go now?? I don't understand. My feet have been swelling which is way unual for me and i don't use salt at all as i never use salt growing up as my mom could not use it. So our family learnt to salt their plate. How a body can change as you get older i must say. I do hope this get over soon as i sure miss making cards. I also have 2 swaps that must needs to go out also. But I have to get my lungs to the point where i can get around more and not be so tired. I will see you all later and happy crafting. Monica
