Mothers Day card

her is my mothers day card for my mom who just got out of the hospital. I was thanking her for being a cool and groovy mom. :) it is way different than what I've seen and i wanted to be different this time around. all stamps are from stampin up. inks are stampin up and ancient page. the corner rounder is from fiskers.

Update on me

well I thought I would give you an update on how i am doing. I know it has been along time since I posted anyting on here. so here it is. the dr said i am diabetic and up my pils for my sugar to a whole pill twice a day. plus I am fighting a viral infection also which dehydrated me also. so it is plenty of rest for me but i miss stamping/scrapbooking. I have not felt that great for along time and still do not and still am getting blood tests done also. I am suppose to be on 3 special diets which right now i just watch what I eat as it is just to much money to be on the those specail diets. I even lost weight and I was't even trying. lost 15lbs. lets hope everything gets back to normal but right now I am getting thru each and everyday with Heavenly Fathers help as he is the only one who can. until next time and i hope I am stamping/scrapping. untill then rubber hugs everyone. Valentines Card

here is my first valentines card of the year. the glitter you see on here is from stampin up called dallin diamonds. the heart punch is from a set a 3 i had ordered from oriental trading. you get 3 different heart punches for 1 price. the stamp is from anitas. the ink is from stampin up also. the pattern paper is an old scrap that I had and used as i thought it was just right. behind the heart punches is another piece of scrap paper you can tape or glue.

I know this is my first card in along time but I still haven't felt great and still don't. after 25 years my back and knees will fianlly get checked out with a rheumatologist now. maybe no more pain in my future?? who knows. slowly I am thinking about cards and layouts so that is a good thing and i have several new rubberstamps here to use and make cards with or put them to use on layouts which ever comes first. I am now on a pill for sugar which is a BIGGGGGGGGG change for me. I take it twice aday.more tests also as they are still trying to find the problem. I am tired but I am as they say, keep on chugging. untill next time. Monica

Update on me

well, I got the tests results back. inflammation so far and also either my body is doing something, or something else, or it might be lupus. they are going to be running more tests here. plus i am so tired it makes it hard to stamp or scrapbook. it makes it hard to get housework done here also. I havwe to push myself. but i just cannot do it at times. plus the dr. put me on pills for sugar also. been getting use to that also. I will let you know what is happening as it happens. more blood tests is to go on and i go back to my family dr and the kidney dr also. so i will let you all know. many thanks. Monica

New Year & New Post

I haven't crafty of late and I haven't stamped or scrapbooked anything as i have been sick or not feeling just at all well. Wednesday I go back to the kidney dr. to get my tests results back and the xrays also. I am hoping to get back into my groove sometime soon as I miss doing something. right now I have reading books especially the book of mormon. I am almost finished with it again and will be reading it again.it took everything I have just to do everyday things around here. when the sun shines I do not want to see it as it is to sunny for my eye when my very bad migraines are in session. which is almost everyday. lets hope i can get them under control again. I haven't been on the computer to much either just enough to update the anti-virus and off the computer I am. so that is what is happening to me. Monica
