SweetNSassy sketch Challenge

here is my take for the sweetnsassy sketch for aug 31. I hope you like it. the stamps is from TAC. I used rhisnstones in the center of the flowers and brads at the ends of the sentiment.

Cherries

this cherry stamp i believe is from Anita's and i do have more than 1 stamp from them. I love their stamps and think they are just so cute and fine. the cherry hello is from from letters stamps that my niece kayla had gotten me and stamped in real red from stampin up. the cherries has red glitter on them.

No Cards All Week

sorry for posting all week but it sure has been nasty for me as I have been sick and in and out of the hospital twice with an asthma attack. after all these years I get it back of out-growing when i was 8 years old but I have 3 attacks now. go figure. as of tomorrow i will get my own nebullizer or what some calls a breathing machine and the medicine to go with it. yeah, I am going to take control of this while it is in the early stage so i can get back into my life.my arms are bruised from the IV's because they couldn't find my veins as I am what they call a hard-stick. one who has small veins that rolls. plus on top all this the emergency room dr. told me that I didn't have the mtral valve prolapse that i told him that i DID HAVE that a heart dr. i go to diagnosed me with. plus you can only tell this with a ultrasound. an x-ray will NOT tell this at all. now when i called my heart dr and asked about it and if i had this or not and they confirmed i do have mitral valve prolapse was i mad at the emergcy room dr for giving me wrong info.But right now I am trying to keep relaxed with my breathing as i never when i go back into another asthma attack. that is what is happening and I haven't posted any cards all week and i am hoping to get some cards done this weekend. many thnaks.

Oval Roses

Thes roses I seen on http://valitasfreshfolds.blogspot.com and i just had to do them.. they are made from the small oval punch from stampin up,small swirl punch, small daisy punch,and you need 2 leaves which mine is from from sixxiz which I put thru my wizard. the edges of the leaves are cut to made rough with deckle scissors that i am sure we all have. if you like to do these just click on the link for valitas and she has a tutorial on these. what a great idea for using punches don't you think??

Snow Time Anyone??

Here are more images that i received in the same swap many moons ago. the paper piercings are from stampin up template. that is the only i can get these things straight let me tell you and this template for piercing works great, as it has 2 different size holes on it. I also used stickles glitter glue instead of the off brand I normally used because it was easier for me to control in the smaller areas. I also used glitter gel pens on here also.I never thought I would be thinking of christmas befor halloween or thanksgiving as to me it is just to early to think of it.

ever like to order from stampin up and do not have a demo near you. have you ever tried to locate a demo from their demo button on stamin up website?? that how I found my demo dixie. the demo locator works really great and it gives you a list a demo in your area and all you have to do is choose who you want after that. that is how i found mine and here website dixie is on the right side of my blog dixie finn for stampin up. she is one great lady if you ever want to order from her.

I ce Cream Cone

I made an ice cream cone out of the scallop punch from stampin up. the cone part I use the fiskars plates and the rubbing tool. the plate i use was brick. I thought it gave it more of a cone look. the background stamp is from TAC and is part of a set call ice cream. the sentiment is from TAC also.

Anna Bananas Sketch 7

this is my card for the sketch that anna has for sketch 7 on for blog for the weekly sketches she is doing. the sketch this time is where the card opens in the middle and this is the first time i ever did one of this kind. i always have trouble getting the sides even. this stamp is from a swap i was in and is from inkadinkado. the scallops I is from the scissors we all have or did have at one time. I still have them. :) I used white eyelets.
