Turkey Time

here is the card i made for a swap. the turkey i made by hand and you can see how it is done by visiting http://www.kwernerdesign.com/blog

then in the search there type in turkey and you can see a video of it. this is where I got the idea from. and so neat to use scraps for the tail. the stamped background is from design company. it is a set of 4 for thanksgiving.I used 3 different colors of brown inks which are from stampin up.white gel pen is from stampin up also and I used it for the eyes.round corner punch is from fiskars.

Brown House

this is the house we lived in when i was little and growing up. it is no longer there as it is now a parking lot. but what a great old house it was. my younger brother jeff was born in this house. all letters and flowers and swirls are cut from the cricut. pattern paper is from my pile that i used. I also used the deckle scissors. now how many have you used of your scissors like that??

Calendars-2012

here is the October calendar that I made for a swap. I have 11 more to make. frankenstein is made from the small top note die from quickutz, 1/4,1/2. 3/4 inch circles for the eyes. the spider is made from leftovers of frankensteins hair. I used 3 for the legs and the 3/4 in ch circle punch. all punches from stampin up. I used pumpkin pie ink from stampin up also.

Reindeer Tags

here is 2 of the 6 tags I made for a swap I am in for christmas tags. it has been a yearly thing and oh so great to see the other tags also. :) the oval i cut by hand with a template I have. the ears are done on the cricut called home accents cartridge. I also used the word window punch by stampin up as the circle punches for nose and eys. which they are 3/4 and 1/2 inch punch. the ears i cut at 3 inches on the cricut. this is all there is too it.

Falling Leaves

here is just 3 of the 8 cards that i did for a swap in SAT. the leaves are from sizzix dies that I put thru the embossing folder to get the swirled effect. I ran all this thru my new sizzix die machine. love it and works perfectly. :) the ribbon i used has leaves and acorns on it.the paper i cut in 2 different lengths. glue dots from stampin up was used for the ribbon.

Aunt and Uncle

Here I did this layout of my aunt and uncle from grandpa r's side. this is his sister and brother in law. they had lived down the street from us for years. I did all the cutting on the cricut also.

It's Twins

I did this layout of my twin sister and me when we was just babies. the pics was taken at my grandma's r's house and my aunt harriet's house on her front porch. I did everything on here with the cricut.
