Strokes and Ovary Mass

As you can see it has been a while since I was on here to post a card. well, let me tell you what has been happening to me healthwise. first all, I had a stroke on june 30th and now am on the tail end of recovery. My left side was affected as was my speech. with the help of my husband randy and my nieghbor Cathy  I did my rehab at home since we could not afford rehab. then next thing I know I have a mass on my left ovary which next week they are going to  do a biopsy and in 4 weeks another ultrasound. that is what has been happening. the stroke was a big surprise for me. this is what is happening.

Black and White with a Hint of Color

here I did a black and white card with a hint of color. I used the honeycomb folder and tore the paer in 3 different sizes. I used the label dies and stamped thinking of you. I then used  a die from stampin up for the hearts.

Here is a tag and  a ladybug card. the tag I used scarecrow paper and crinkled paper. I then used punches to make the turkey. you can find my turkey on my blog here to make it. I used the word window  and I forget the name of other punch. to for the  thanksgiving  words. bakers twine finishes it. the ladybug is where I used different color inks for the flower and green bakers twine. then I used 3 different sizes of wooden ladybugs in a row.

Christamd and Fall

here is 2 cards  made for a swap I am in. the christmas one is  ornaments stamp set from stampin up and is the dies used. I used bakers twine for the hanger.  the fall card I used a template and  different color inks. the labels dies is used and silk leaves used also.

Americana

I used pattern paper from a variety of companies. the pearls I received from charmingcustom crafts. I then used a black marker for stitching.

Fruity

here I used the fruit stamps from stampin up. the scallop punch is by stampin up also and is the circle punch. I used red and green markers for the cherries, strawberry, and apple.. the orange ink is from vivid.

Hello, Hello, Hello

I made this using  stamps from stampin up and the punch is also from there. the letter stamps from hero arts. paper from stampin up. bakers twins from Sprial Sage. I srung the letters on the  twine while i was watching cowboys and aliens on tv. what a great way to do something that takes time.
