Use of Pattern Paper

here iwas doing a card for a swap that we had to use pattern paper on the card. so i bought this paper from stampin up from my demo dixie. her  site is in my lists here. just scroll down. this made a neat card. the idea for this card came from facebook as it was shown on there. i loved the layout of it and had to case it. when i find the card again i will post a link to the site  who send it.  stamps from TAC.

this card for is for shannon, a friend on facebook. we talk alot and play some of the games together. this card is for her.  

Embossed Flower

this is the new stamp I just received from stampin up. I used embossing powder on it. this is one of 6 cards i made  for a friend.  she had asked me  to make her  some cards and had told me what she wanted. so now all i have to do is deliver them to her.

Wallhanging

I received this today in the mail from Helen who is in SAT with me. the swap was wallhangings. I love this. it hangs on a diamond, but for you all to see with the scanner this is the best i can do so you all can see everything.

spring card

I received this  card in a swap. I am trying out my new scanner with this as my old scanner broke  when i wnet to scan a card in and I didn't know it at the time until I heard it. so now I am in the middle of getting it ready to throw in the trash.   but I wonder how she made the fence here as it looks really nice. I think one can do by hand and punches. have to see how it goes.  love the different color on here as its different also.  

process of making

well, I am in the process of making 3 crafts. 2 albums which is very rare for me to work on and 1 layout of my nieces.  the albums will take me time as i don't do them very often. but these 2 inspired me. Of course the layout is where I love to work on along with cards or quilling. right now i cannot scan anything in as my scanner is broken and we just got another one and i have to hook it up yet.  plus learn how to use it. ughhhh!!!    :)  this is what is happening. i have cards made but being not able to scan them in I will be just mailing them out for the swaps I owe.  Hope everybody had a wonderful st.patrick's day.  

Tea Catrd

here I amde a tea card for a swap. I embossed the background using  my sizzix and the embossing folder.  then for the tea set i used my cricut to cut it out. put on a small bow and my card was done.
