Sketch 5-Annabananascreations

here is my card for annas for sketch that is on her blog. the background stamp is from TAC as is the swirly stamps. the girls and boys singing and the sentiments is from stampin up. I just managed to split them up for this card. the punches are from stampin up also.I used a glittered gel pen on the swirly stamp image to give it some pizzaz.

Insulating the Home

If they say stamps insulate the home i sure agree with it as the stamp is from stampin up. the background stamp is from stampin up also. the ribbon also. like i always said in the other posts i always get all my cardstock from hollos that is in brunswick.

Necklace from Niece

this neckalce was made from my niece jadynn and given to me over the weekend at the family reunion we had.she made one in certain colors for everyone in the family. My husband even has his hanging in the car so he can see it every time he gets in. I wore this all weekend. I think its a grand necklace and i LOVE it. she did great job on it and i will cherish it.

Anna Bananas Sketch

Foamy Birthday

I could not resist that title. But I did use craft foam on the as that is what is underneath the present. I also colored the present in bright colors, lime-green and orange. yeah have to go for bright colors so this can make someones birthdays.

Tri-fold Flip Card

OK,I seen this on another blog and I just had to do this. I printed out the instructions for it and tried it. as you can see I still have lots of work to do on getting it straight. but I am happy with it. it turned out like it should. the more I work with it it should get better.

Scraps

here is another card made from scraps. this card is from the end cut of a cardstock that was leftover and instead of thowing it away or cutting it up and using it for somrthing else, i chose to make it a birthday card. the stamp is unknown, the ribbon is from stampin up. sentiment I would have to look it up as I forget where. lol. glitter glue on the flowers.

Window Cards

Ok, I see these window cards done on another bog and i just had to do them as I never done any of them before. so here is my first attempt at them. the punches used for the cards are from stampin up to make the windows and the inks used is from ancient page. the ribbon is from stampin up. the thank you stamp i believe is from anitas but don't quote me on it as it didn't say who it is by. I buy alot of stamp from anitas also in the 1.00 bin at pat catans. cardstock used is from Hollo's. I also glued on googled eyes on the eyes of crab to make it more real.

Gone Retro

I have retro this time around. the stamps are from SEE-D's. the ink is from ancient page.

this is the card I did from cindy haffners blog. so this is my version of the sketch. yeah it is way early for a valentime card but this is what I saw when i made this. the hearts are SEE-D's stamps. and the the 1 heart is a vellum sticker. the ribbon is from stampin up.

Little Cuts

These are the little cuts of cardstock that is left over when i cut them,and instead of just throwing them away or I made cards from them. they made cute little ones at that. you can also use your punches at the edges and put decorated paper behind also. I have a few more of these to do up as I keep them and I will be making different kind of cards with these.

I seen this done as a sketch on another blog and just had to do it. so this is my take on the sketch. the stamp is by stampendous. first time I ever using it as i thought it would be great for it. I also used a stamp on the circles and stamped on 2 of them.

Planting Flowers

This stamp set is from TAC. I punch I do not know as when I used I was making some cards from punches and decided to keep the outline of this as i was watching on how I was punching the leaf out. then i decided if I use a small stamp in the middle it would make a great background for it. this way you can see the card from behind.ribbon is unknown.

Birthday

Snappy Birthday to you. this stamp is from stampin up. the cardstock from hollo's in Brunswick. I colored the hats in with gel pens.

I seen this card on another blog and just had to do it. I thought it was a great card and this is my take on it though i do have to practice with the ribbon closure some as i do have some trouble with it. :) this is a great idea for a card.

1 YEAR

I just notice that I have been bloggin for 1 year now. WOW, does time fly when you are blogging your cards and layouts and other type of crafts. Now I know that I do not write as well as some when i blog but writing wasn't the best for me in first place. Blogging for 1 year or more is great. I will have to see about having some kind of blog candy here for being on here for 1 year. :) so be looking for it. Monica

Elegance-My take on it

this is my take on elegance. I embossed in fine gold embossing powder the 2 images. I didn't have much left of the gold corruguted left so i cut it in half so I could have i enough for both cards. the glod ribbon is for plastic canvas and this is what I used to do before my eyesight got bad and i switched to scrapbooking in its place. But I kept the ribbon and glitter embroidery floss that I had for it. the sentiment is from stampin up.

Bouquet

this stamp is unknown, but I love it. i colored it in with gel pens. it was easier to do it those than with colored pencils as they was much smaller. I love this ribbon as I believe i bought it at pat catans.

VIP-VERY IMPORTANT PRINCESS

LOL. I bet that title got you. this is what i think of a princess. at least in my mind. all girly and froufrou. I never had a chance to do this and when I started doing this myself I got told I was putting to much on. WELL, you try putting this on without your eyeglasses on and people doesn't understand that. so i quit wearing it. I still want to try it but do not know how at 46 and that is pretty bad in my book. now with my eyesight going blind it is even tougher. so to me this card is for you all that can put all this stuff on really easy with it looking naturally. :)

Peek A Boo

I could not resist doing this card when i seen this unmounted stamp. I just had to do it. the pattern paper is from another bundle. the hello stamp is from stampin up. cardstock from Hollo's.

Nigel-My Nephew

here is my nephew nigel again at 5 1/2 months. isn't he a cutie like his sister jadynn?? the pattern paper is from diecuts with a view the paper stack. the 2 strips at the tops and bottom i cut from the stack of a striped paper. the twirls I used glitter glue on them and let it dry over night and then i used a glitter gel pen on the sides in red to cover the sides. was ever so much easier, but a little time there doing it.

My Niece Jadynn

This is my niece jadynn from my younger sister Kymm. the pattern paper is from american traditional designs, cardstock bundle,brights.she is 5 1/2 months old in this picture. Her and her brother nigel, which you seen the other layout I did of him, are the apple of my eye and i love them both so much.

First Kiss

Here is another stamp that I love. I don't use it enough and I should. LOL. it is just to cute and reminds me of real life kids when they do this. :) the stamp is from Stamp Cabana. all cardstock that I use on all my cards and layouts is from Hollo's in Brunswick. the 4th of july is just about on us and I made these for a swap I am in for stampin and taggin. it is where you had to make a tag for each one of the person that is in the swap and make a tag kit also so they can make a tag also. I wanted something simple so I thought this fitted the bill.
