2010 Calendar Swap

Here is august for my swap. i have to do 12 of august. the stamp is from stampin up. the leaves is from sizzix and cut from the wizard. I used 2 different shades of glitter paper from Best Connections. I used 3 different shades of ink for the background and used rust ink on the calendar also. this swap is for stampintaggin on yahoo.

Holiday Dressing

Here is janice dressing up for halloween and christmas at the restaurant she use to own. it is close down now but we use to eat when it was open and it was a great to eat. The red pattern paer is from strampin up and the black cardstock is new for me and is bazzil. I also used ribbon at a diagonal 4 times. I used a white gel pen from stampin up also.

Brother and Sisters

here is my mom and her sister and her brother. I used a stampin up punch and put ribbon beside it. I also used 3 different color of orange paper flowers and some green flowers. I also used a black gel pen.

School Patrol

this layout is for done with tearing paper ing using a marking on the edges. I then used 2 different sized punches of circles and put them on top of each other. the pattern paper is from stampin up and is called Bella Bleu.

Wedding Day

This is me on my wedding day but this layout was half finished and it just was in my album like that. i just now finisjed with the help of Lucie. I was stuck on this this one and could not figure out how to finish it. now it is and i am glad. i finished it with chipboard covered with scrapbook paper and button. on it also is a brass heart. this was the toughest layout for me to finish. :P

Grandparents

here is a layout i did of my grandparents on my dads side. The background i stamped first. the stamp is from stampin up. the scallops at the bottom is the scallop border punch from stampin up also. I also used the white gel pen from stampin up. I also paper pierced the bottom of the scallop border also. I used the stampin up mat pack to that with so i could keep the piercing straight. the squares are left overs that I had from another layout I had done. I have put brads in the center. I journaled with a black gel pen.I also stamped the name with alphabet stamps.

Dressed to the Nines

Here we are dressed for my younger sister wedding. this is a very rare picture of my 2 brothers dressed to the nines and I just had to scrapped this. rare for us twins also, but more rare for our brothers. :) here I used metal for the title going across and down. I then used paper flowers. i cut the cardstock in 2 different widths and cut the corners with the fiskars corner rounder on both. then i stacked them on each other. I then used a black gel pen around the outside of the light cardstock. I also used rhinestones for the middle of the flowers.

Papa

This is my Father in law and my niece Kaylie. she always calls grandpa papa. they all do. here i used stampin up paper in real red. the ribbon is from michaels. the hearts is from a punch. I used stickers for the title and the journaling. this was nice and quick and easy to do.

Scalloped Pumpkin

Here I did a scalloped pumpkin out of a punch that is by stampin up. the leaf punch is unknown but I punched out 4 of the leaf punches to make the top. I used 4 clear dew drops in the corners and stamped happy halloween in the corner at an angle. I also used 4 different papers of patterns by stampin up. the glitter paper for the pumpkin and the leaf is by Best Connections.

Here is another halloween card that i embossed with white fine detailed embossing powder. i also used some spider sticker and a black gel pen and white gel pen.

Gingerbread and Buttons

Here I have used buttons on the card that my mother in law have given me. the stamp I bought from another girl used and cannot remember who this stamp is from or i could give credit to. so if anybody knows who this is by please let me know so i can give credit to the satamp company please. thank you. The pattern paper is scrap from my box.I also stamp the gingerbread stamp on cardstock also.

Sweet Cherries

These house mouse I stamped was taking a bite out of some cherries that i covered with glaze. the ribbon is from stampin up and is retired. i also used a white gel pen from stampin up. the ink i used is real red from stampin up. the background stamp is from hero arts. I just finished this card tonight as i had to let the glaze dry overnight on the cherries.

Opps

This card I stamped with house-mouse. the letters are from hero arts. the background i stamped. I then put 4 black brads in the corners. I also edged with saffron stampin up ink.

My dad as a Little Boy

Here is a layout of my dad with glasses when he was a little boy. he quit wearing them and went blind in one eye and then he started wearing glasses again as he got older. The verse is from the Book of Mormon and i wanted it tosay about eternal life and families are forever. so this touched me.

Sunflower

This stamp is from TAC and i cut the paper into strips and different sizes as you can see. I inked around the image with black ink. then i put dew drops in 2 colors on the card.made it look like eyelets or brads to me.

Halloween Spirit

These 2 cards are the smae but very different. the stamps are from TAC. the ribbon is from a hair tie that i just pulled apart. you can get alot of ribbon when you buy a little girls hair ties. :) the paper is scraps that I am using up. the one with the dots was printed off the computer at http://www.scrapbookscrapbook.com

begins with me. the paper are scraps that i had and the scallop punch is from stampin up. the stamp is from stampin up also. I also put dew drops at the top in yellow. I also had to use 2 scallops on this one also.

Choose the Right & Happy World Card Making Day

HAPPY WORLD CARD DAY!!! Here is my card that I made tonight and it is made in blues and browns. the scallop punch i used wasn't big enough so i punch it out twice and tried as i could to even it out. I need a bigger scallop punch. :) this scallop punch is from stampin up. so is the stamps. the brads i bought from michaels.the paper is scraps. cardstock is from Hollo's in Brunwick's which sells cardstock for 1.25 a pound.

Halloween Flower and Ghosts

Here i used stampin up and closetomyheart stamps. I used markers on the flower to get the colors what i wanted. that is what is so nice about markers. i used fiskars corner rounder on 2 of the corners. Plus I used dew drops in clear on the corners with zots. ancient page ink was used on the ghosts.

Halloween Witches Candy

This stamp I do not know who it is buy. But I love it. :) it is a used stamp that i bought and it works so great. paper is scraps that i had. the bat and spider is confetti.

Halloween Boo

This card i did with a digital stamp. you can get a free digital stamp every week by clicking on the grand opening in the upper right hand corner of the side bar. you can also buy the digital stamps there while there and also do a sketch. this is my card for the sketch there. I used glitter paper to add to the ghost and the grass , which the glitter is by best connections. ribbon is just a scrap I had around. I also used google eyes.I punched only 1 corner with fiskars corner rounder and on opposite corners also.
