Thank You for First Kiss-1-1 swap

I call this thanking for the first kiss if you like or just a plain thank you card. I thought the image was just plain cute. I torn the strips of paper and stamped the word thank you on them and then set eyelets on them. i also tied ribbon(ribbon is retired) which is from stampin up.the ink is from ancient page. I also used stickles glitter glue on the flowers and on the flower on the girls hat. this is also for a 1-1 swap that I am doing and am sending out.

Quilt Card

well, I tried my best of my version of a quilt card out of my scraps and this is what I got. the verse is frok stampin up. I use saffron ink from stampin up also around it.

Monkeying Around

This stamp set was given to me from a gingerwoodie. you can see the the link for gingerwood on the right hand side of my blog. Kelly had sent me lots of stuff as she was cleaning out her craft room and she had sent me some stamps and this was one of in the set. I think it is just the cutest thing. I am going to be sending it to my niece. have to make another for my nephew. lol. then make 3 more for my other 3 nieces also. :) they will love this set alot. I know I will Thanks so much Kelly. Black Ink used was ancient page. I used scraps here in the background, and the corner punch is from stampin up. I also used orange ink around the sentinment to bring it out.

1-1 Swap

I posted a swap on stampintaggin who wanted to do a 1-1 swap with and acelady said she would do one with me. so I said we would have to use glitter,ribbon,eyelets. I put my ribbon thru my eyelets and the glitter I used was dazzling diamonds from stampin up. the stamps are from Close To My Heart stamps. I used markers to ink the stamps with this way I could get the different shades on the stamps that i wanted. I used the cropadile to set the eyelets.

Floral

This stamped image was given to me by Mudmaven. you can click on her link on the right side of my blog to see her blog. she has a wonderful blog and does amazing things there. Well, she sent me this image and the rest of the images to see if i liked them enough and to work with them to see if I like them to buy them from stampin up. so this I my version of the stamps that was mailed to me, but as you can i had trouble cutting out bee as since it is sooo tiny and my eyesight isn't so good anymore as i am going blind so i tried my best cutting it out. the background is polished stone that I did along time ago as I did a bunch of them when I did them. When i do something like this i do a bunch as to save time. :) I also pierced the top and the bottom by using the stampin up guide. it sure did save me some trouble to keep the holes the same.

Paint Can

Here is a paint can that i did up. I used some scrapbooking paper on it and it is held on with the red-liner tape. I just love this stuff. I decorated it with craft foam. I made it to me to look like the 60's. It is bright enough.This is my very first paint can that I ever did. So i will be filling it with cards and give it away at bingo that my husband and I do 3 days a week. someone there will get this and the cards that will fill this. I do this now and then down there. I even do up t-shirts and hand-sew and give away down there.so they never know what they will get. I have more tins to do later so i might get better at them. lol.

More Scrappy Cards

These cards are done with circles. I cut around the circles just on the one side though. this way is gave a scallop edge to it.the stamps are by TAC and Stampin Up. The ink is ancient page.

Here are more scrappy cards that I put the circles and squares together. On the one I even put little rhinestones on the card. On the other, i made a little windows so you can see thru for just a peek.for me it is simple and fast.

Scrappy Cards

These cards are made from all my scraps of paper that i have. I just took my circle and square punch and punched alot of them. I had some cards already folded so i took them and took the circles and squares and put them on. i even mixed some of them up together which you will later on here as a card. This is a great way to use up scraps when you have them and you can also use them on your layouts also by layering if you have different sizes.

First Grade

This is my nephew Nigel who is in the first and had his pictures taken. I did the first grade on craft foam which i stamped on it with ancient page ink. the buttons are held on with glue dots. I made sure I put the pictures on the spongebob paper so it speaks of the about taking pictures or like he is talking about snapping his pictures afterward. I also used star brads on here.

Happy Flowers Day

These flowers are from TAC and the punch that is on the side is from stampin up which i just pulled off the corner punch thing as it is a corner punch. the eyelets i set with my cropadile. I use mini glue dots on the rhinestones and the verse is from stampin up also. all cardstock is from Hollos in Brunswick.

Belated Mother's Day Card

This is a belated for my mother in law who is in wyhoming so that is why she will be getting it late. But it will be at her house so she can open when she gets home though. the one background is shaving cream that I did along time ago. when i do those i do awhole bunch of those at a time. :) the ribbon is from stampin up. the corner punch is from stampin up also.

Purple Flower of my Heart

here is a card that I did after Mudmaven stamped off some images of the flower for me as I seen the the flower on her blog. I always go to her blog everyday and see what she is doing. it is to bad that stampin up doesn't sell this stamp as a single as i love this stamp soooooo much. :) here is mudmavens blog so you can see what she has done with the same stamp and other cards she has done also.

Ice Cream Cards

I did these ice cream cards for a swap for stampintaggin. I seen these on a blog that I cannot remeber as i would give credit to her blog as I thought they was so cool as I thought I just had to do them. I made a booboo on stamping the word ice cream upside down but i don't care right now and lets see if the notice in the swap. LOL. the ice cream is done with the scallop punch from stampin up and the 1 3/8 punch also which you cut alittle off each side. you take a textured fiskar plate and rub or put thur the wizard. to make it like a cone. the glitter is from stampin up also. the background stamps is from TAC.

Mothers Day card

her is my mothers day card for my mom who just got out of the hospital. I was thanking her for being a cool and groovy mom. :) it is way different than what I've seen and i wanted to be different this time around. all stamps are from stampin up. inks are stampin up and ancient page. the corner rounder is from fiskers.
